Plus One Labs LLC operates Cue OS. Our mission is to improve user productivity through advanced artificial intelligence technologies.
Registration and Access
Minimum Age
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activities under your account.
Using Our Services
You may not use our Services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity:
- Infringe or violate anyone's rights
- Modify, copy, or distribute our Services
- Reverse engineer our Services
- Interfere with or disrupt our Services

Your Content
You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable law and these Terms.
Ownership
You retain ownership of your input and own the output generated by our Services.
Permission to Use Your Content
You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant Plus One Labs, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content only to operate, improve, and promote Cue OS. This license ends when you delete your content, except for copies others have already shared and backup copies retained for a limited time.
Accuracy
Output may not always be accurate. Do not rely on it as the sole source of truth.
Paid Accounts
If you purchase Services, provide accurate billing information. You can cancel anytime. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, we must comply with law, or your use could cause harm.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed $100.
